From the President
Hello Fountain University Students,
I am Rtr. Hammed A. Osuolale, AICMC, and it is a profound honor to serve as your Executive President for the 2025/26 Administration. This year, my commitment is simple but firm: to strengthen student governance and ensure that your voices, needs, and aspirations are effectively represented.
Our administration is guided by a Five-Point Agenda designed to modernize, reform, and elevate the Students’ Association. Under this agenda, we have already begun implementing key initiatives, including:
- Signing the first-ever Students’ Association Constitution in the history of Fountain University;
- Establishing the FUSA Efficiency Committee to ensure accountability in student governance;
- Launching this official FUSA Website as a central hub for information, transparency, and engagement;
- Creating the Committee of College Ambassadors to enhance student representation across colleges;
- Reconstituting the Students’ Judicial Council to strengthen justice and fairness within our community.
Leadership aside, I am someone who values learning, enjoys football, driving, and cherishes meaningful conversations. I believe leadership is most effective when it remains accessible so if you have ideas to share, concerns to express, or simply wish to connect, my door is always open.
You can reach me directly at: WhatsApp or osuolalehammed1@gmail.com
Together, we will build a Students’ Association that truly reflects the spirit, strength, and ambition of every Fountain student.
Thank you.
FUSA Constitution
The Fountain University Students’ Association (FUSA) has achieved a historic milestone with the signing of its official Constitution by the Executive President, Rtr. Hammed A. Osuolale AICMC.
This marks the first time in the history of student governance at Fountain University that the Association’s guiding document has been formally adopted. The Constitution serves as the foundation for transparency, accountability, and structured leadership within FUSA. It clearly defines the roles of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial bodies, ensuring that student representation operates within a fair and organized framework.
Speaking on the development, the President described the signing as “a commitment to building a system that works for every Fountain student, one guided by principles, not personalities.”
With the Constitution now in effect, the Students’ Central Executive Council (SCEC) is poised to strengthen governance, improve coordination among student bodies, and uphold the values of fairness and integrity that Fountain University stands for and To promote openness and accessibility, the newly signed Constitution has been made available for all students to read and download on the official FUSA website.
